Alice Fadden, PT

Alice Fadden graduated with her B.S. in Physical Therapy from Russell Sage College in 1981. She has been in general and orthopedic private practice her entire career. In 2000, she and her 3 business partners opened Fadden & Associates Physical Therapy. In 2011 she became sole owner of the clinic.

In her career she has taken over 1000 hours of continuing education. Emphasizing on care for general orthopedics, sports Physical Therapy, Manual Physical Therapy, chronic pain management, along with women’s health and post cancer care.

Listening and quality care is her emphasis. She develops a personalized plan of care for each patient, using encouragement and education for patients to obtain their maximal level of improvement and quality of life. APTA member since 1977, active in NY chapter from 1985 to 2000. When she has extra time, she enjoys gardening, hiking, family and camping.

Molly Ferris, MSPT

Molly graduated from LeMoyne college in 1998, then completed her Master's Degree in physical therapy from SUNY Upstate Medical University in 2003. Since then she has worked exclusively in outpatient orthopedics, primarily focusing on therapy and rehab for the upper extremity. Molly has almost 2 decades of experience, specializing in post-operative therapy, injuries from falls/trauma, overuse conditions, as well as custom splinting/bracing for a variety of upper extremity conditions. Molly feels it is important to evaluate each individual as a whole, looking not only at their condition but also their lifestyle, work, and all their other personal factors. This is essential to develop a custom plan to educate and guide them toward their individual goals.

Molly also enjoys time with family, watching local high school and other sports, as well as gardening, crafting, hiking, camping as well as volunteering with Scouts and other local organizations.

Darcie Wood, PT, DPT

Darcie graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2020 from Nazareth College. Following graduation, she began working at Fadden & Associates, PLLC. Her clinical experiences include outpatient orthopedics, acute rehab, and home care. Darcie enjoys working with individuals of all ages and continues to learn new skills to implement in the clinic to treat each individual as a whole. She is an alumnus of Cincinnatus Central School where she played soccer, basketball, and softball. Outside of work she enjoys soending time with her family and her two dogs.

Justine Lieb, PT

Justine graduated from Ithaca College with a masters in physical therapy. Justine graduated in 2006 and started her career in Binghamton, practicing physical therapy at a local hospital rotating between inpatient and outpatient orthopedic care. When she had her children, she decided to move her career closer to home and chose Cortland, NY. For 12 years now she has been practicing as an outpatient orthopedics specialist. Her focused areas are sports medicine, spine, lower extremity injuries, vestibular and concussion management. Justine has furthermore become certified in both vestibular and concussion management, Justine enjoys spending time with her family and friends, watching her kids play sports, hiking, camping, kayaking, paddle boarding, and running.

Dustan Weidman, PTA

Dustan graduated from SUNY Broome in 2017 with an associates as a Physical Therapy Assistant. Following clinicals in Orthopedics, Pediatrics, and Acute rehab, Dustan wanted to begin his career in an Outpatient Orthopedic clinic. He enjoys most sports, is a regular golfer, and practiced and taught martial arts for 10 years prior to his Physical Therapy career. He works well with all ages and particularly enjoys working with young athletes.

Kellie Wood, PTA

Kellie graduated from Onondaga Community College in 1992 with an associates as a Physical Therapy Assistant. She has worked closely with Alice Fadden since she was a student and holds strengths in many areas of Outpatient Orthopedics including: total knee replacements, total hip replacements, balance, and various sport related injuries. Kellie has lived in Central NY her entire life and grew up in Cortland. In her spare time she enjoys golfing, softball, and going on cruises.

Mallory Cobb, PTA

Mallory Cobb graduated from SUNY Broome in 2021 with an associates as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Her clinical experiences were inpatient orthopedics, acute rehab, and outpatient orthopedics. Immediately after graduation, she began working at Fadden & Associates. She is an alumni of Cincinnatus Central School where she played soccer, volleyball, and softball. In her free time, she enjoys volleyball, golfing, hunting, baking, and hanging out with her three dogs.
